Job Description:
- To assist in the overall office administration functions and activities such
as data entry, documentation and filing
- To liaise with council on license application and correspondence
- To prepare tracking of stationary stock/usage and all expense monthly reports
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Purchasing, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in purchasing
- Pleasant personality, organized with good communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written, knowledge of
Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with level all of
employees
- Exposure in signage license application is an added advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
